Australian Droid and Robots creates rugged integrated robots that can remotely perform dangerous and laborious tasks in mining and defense projects. Their products protect personnel from harsh, hazardous environments, and avoid losses from expensive production shutdowns for inspection and monitoring activities.

ADR came to us though an Australian startup accelerator called BOAB AI, whose startup cohorts we have supported for several years. ADR was growing rapidly with great traction in the mining industry, and was looking to raise capital to expand production of their robots.

Being a purpose-led company, ADR had a great story but had not invested in developing a strong brand ID and messaging. We worked with ADR’s founding team to articulate a clear brand positioning, and established a strong brand ID with their first brand book. With this foundational work in place, it became easier to craft a compelling story about the company, it’s amazing products, and their impact on the industry.

ADR raised $2M from Resource Capital Funds.
